It should be noted that wearing of ordinary or simple paper face masks by the general public has no protective effect whatsoever.

These masks are designed to protect a wound from YOU. They will not filter virus particles and in the case of the paper masks, these are useless after two breaths, ie long enough to dampen the mask with exhaled water vapour.

Workable precautions: Isolate the victims; lots of fresh air.
Wash your hands and, sneeze into tissues and bin (or burn) them.
