Critical Care Technologists
The society is the professional governing body for Critical Care Technologists. SCCT holds the voluntary register for Clinical Technologists
working in Critical Care, and is an active member of the Federation of Healthcare Science, in the division of Physiological Sciences.

A Critical Care Technologist is:
“A specially trained Health Care Scientist, with expert knowledge of the physiology and technology involved in delivery of critical care to patients
as part of a multidisciplinary team.”

therapy,extra-corporeal circuits, temporary pacing, IABP, cannulation, intubation, etc. |
